Two Popular Southeast Florida Golf Courses Offer Beauty and Fun

Jason Zwibel, principal of the South Florida-based JEZ Capital, offers a range of investment and securities products to his clients. Regularly named a top producer in a variety of financial services roles, Jason Zwibel often uses his free time to golf.

Among the highly ranked public golf courses in southeast Florida is Abacoa Golf Club, located in the town of Jupiter. Abacoa, now 20 years old, features stunning vistas with varied and challenging elevations for players of all skill levels.

Additionally, the course’s surrounding wetlands ecosystem means that golfers often see local wildlife. Abacoa Golf Club holds the distinction of being the final course designed by the gifted golf course architect Joe Lee.

Another popular public course is the PGA Golf Club at PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, which offers 54 holes of championship-level play. Golf Digest has ranked the PGA Golf Club among the 75 best resort-located courses.

The PGA Golf Club’s four distinct courses offer four very different playing experiences. Experts find the course designed by Pete Dye, with its grass and coquina bunkers, the most challenging.
